Local Thai Papers; Rip Off Classified Ad Prices ?

Featured Replies

Had a worker call to place a classified ad in a local Thai language newspaper ;1500 baht for one day for 4 lines. Who

is ripping me off, the paper or the worker?

If you want to be sure who charged you 1'500 Baht, ask your worker the receipt he got from the newspaper. If he says he didn't get one, then he might want to make some money into his pocket. One thing is sure: he got a receipt. If he has a receipt over 1'500 Baht, nobody is ripping you off. Then its just the price, that's it.

I have lived here constantly for over 25 years.so I know a little bit about Thailand.

If you give us some more details about what you're advertising and which newspaper you advertise in, would help the people who might would like to answer to this thread.

If you want to reach the foreign community audience, advertise in Thaiforum Classifieds or in www dot bahtsold dot com.

Why not try try the free classified ads on TV? I guess they are free. unsure.png

people read them.
