I get perfectly good download speeds but utterly shit upload speeds to international sites but within Thailand they are fine.

I presume there is a bottleneck. Is there any remedy on it is way? Can I do anything about it? Any Facts greatly appreciated.

What upload speed is your internet plan rated/advertised as. Example: A 10Mb/1Mb plan means 10Mb download and 1Mb upload (in-Thailand speeds; will be less to most international servers). Upload speed will usually be a fraction, say around 10-20%, of your plan's rated download speed unless you have a special plan.
