If Iran, supposing it had a nuclear weapon, which is still in the future, decided to nuke Israel, do you think any of the other Middle East states could stop it? Once the thing is up there in a missile heading for Israel, the only way to stop it would be some kind of interceptor missile.... and nobody in the ME, except possibly Israel itself, has such things. Nor are Israel (or indeed Iran) likely to heed the advice of any of its Arab neighbours.
