If i buy a condo, will i get a house registration booklet "tabien baan"?

If i buy 2 condos, will i get 2 house registration booklets? Can my name be in both booklets? Or only 1?

Is it compulsory to put my name in the booklet? What if i sell one of the condos later?

You get the chanote (has a different name for condos but for simplicity) from the land department upon transfer from developer or whomever and this will be used to transfer to another individual or company later at the same place.

The blue book is for Thais or thai companies to register their place of residence, yellow for foreigners, and you can only be registered at one at a time.

Sorry I just double checked with a colleague pattaya parent is right you get one for each piece of real estate but you can't register in it except thai national or thai company.

I have a Blue book . It has my name in it ,but only on the inside cover. Pattaya City hall made the entry.

If it had been a Yellow book (as Pattayaparent states) my name would appear on the main entries section
