I am the owner of a condominium unit and I would like to know if there is a way to get a visa based on such ground. I am less than 50 y.o. from EU, not married with Thai lady and the apartment value is around 2,600,000 baht. Thank you

The odd consulate might issue a non-O visa, but not likely.

Per above the minimum requirement is a condo of 10 million baht. That would alo give extension of stay based on investment.
