I do a bit of consulting here and there, but now I've got a client coming to Thailand that wants to talk here. I basically need a small meeting room where we can work that I can rent on a daily basis. All I need is a strong internet connection for a few PCs and a projector for some presentations. Is there anywhere in Bangkok I can do this at a reasonable price. I'm not looking for a huge conference room or anything in a 5 star hotel - just something private, quiet and inexpensive.

You could contact the Bangkok Chamber of Commerce to whether or not they have a small meeting room that you could rent from them for one or two days. If they do not have the availability to accommodate you, ask them where you can rent a small meeting room. I am sure that they have a list of places available.
