Trouble At Bigdigitallab.Com ?

Featured Replies

Yesterday I received an email to say they'd deleted the photos I had stored with them.

Today their web page is saying Site Not Config Or Domain is Disabled.

I do hope you have a backup at home??

Trusting your photos or any data to an external site, " Cloud" seems to be the in word these days

can be a path to disaster.

There are many reliability/security issues that are not fully addressed,

Right.... but miss the point of my post. I'm not concerned about them deleting photos, it's more about business continuity and a potential warning to anyone thinking of using this company.

If they closed the activity it's a shame, because their service was professional, fast, cheap, reliable and good quality.

Do the prices quoted include delivery? They are astoundingly low to start but I can't find any details about shipping cost.

You get the shipping options when you place the order. I always chose EMS and costs about 80 baht.

Very low prices and pretty good quality printing! I got pics in 2/3 working days here in Koh Phangan by EMS
