He has shown he gets giddy all ready and he had the scousers in his pocket with his we are crap scheming and support of the board for supporting him ....yeah right! Brenda? December 16, 201213 yr The trouble is managers now are rarely given the chance they need to build their team, even if there is money available. Rodgers never had a chance, but when you sign a contract that big and you know you are going to get a big payoff, you might as well do it in this day and age. It's pointless having a revolving door for managers - just a waste of money.

December 16, 201213 yr They have had 5 wins this season and all against bottom half teams, and apart from Suarez scoring who else can score? sad to say since rafa left they have declined Brendan is a really nice guy, but is he the one to get liverpool out of this mess? hard to say as he will have one hand tied behind his back due to lack of transfer funds.

I am increasingly inclined to believe Beleaguered Bren won't be there this time next year. They'll need a scrapping manager to get them back into the Premier League....
