Any other Visa Agent than JIM in Penang Malaysia? He is currently in Thailand and do not respond to emails

Why not go yourself? It's all very easy at the Thai consulate, and much cheaper if you do it yourself.

Actually for many it is not cheaper as if you travel by taxi the cost of two return trips will normally be less than a travel agent would ask.

Not if you take the bus (and walk little bit, as they don't stop in front of the consulate). Taxi is 15 Ringgit one way from the center of town, I have seen many agents with much higher service charges then that (especially for the Non-O visas, tourist visa charges can be cheaper).
