There is no official Embassy of United Republic of Tanzania in Thailand. There may be an Honorary Consulate of the United Republic of Tanzania in Thailand as already mentioned. However, they may or may not be able to help you with your visa. You might be better off contacting the Embassy of United Republic of Tanzania in China. They cover Thailand.

Oh how I wish it was the map of tasmaina I was working in and not tanzania........

Thai citizens can easily get a visa on arrival. If you call the Consul, they would suggest the same.
