Need A House To Rent In Khon Kaen

Featured Replies

Hello everyone. I'm a retired Canadian living with my Thai wife in Pattaya. We would like to move to Khon Kaen and are looking for a house to rent.

Preferably in the Piman Chon area. We would like to sign a one year lease starting about August. There are just the two of us, no kids, no pets. Please let me know if you have or hear of anything.

Thanks [email protected]

What are your requirements?

Bungalow or 2-story house?

How many beds & baths?

Garden, no garden?

How much would you like to pay?

Why the Piman Chon area?

Send me a message, maybe I can help....

Hi there- we own a house in Khonkaen but unfortunately it is occupied at present. You could start a search with David Thomson at Warrawee Management, he was a very good help to us in finding a tenant, so I am sure he could be of some help. PM me for more details, or just google search Warrawee Management. Good luck!

Has anyone sold land through Warrawee management? The Mr has 45 rai to sell near Phon & thinking of using this firm to advertise but want personal recommendations, reliability, honesty etc?

many thanks

Boo

Some info to be found on the Khon Kaen forum...if you've not already looked. If I recall correctly, the feedback was not that positive.
