Farang Jump Off Bridge?

Any one hear about a farang jumping of the bridge at Ubon into the Mun River just up from the big markets yesterday....Apparently he was seen by many people and never came up again..

according to my wife, who got info from local news source, it was reported an elderly physically challenged male jumped from the bridge but ethnicity was not mentioned.
