Shoe Repair

Featured Replies

It's around a Thb100 or less taxi ride from Sukhumvit but there is an excellent and cheap shoe repair shop at the back of The Mall on Ramkamphaeng.

Enter the ground floor of The Mall, walk all the way through the store, turn right out of the back entrance, turn right at the corner and there it is. This means it's in the ground floor carpark if you're driving.

They did a brilliant job for Thb80 on a shoe I thought was damaged beyond any hope of repair and it has lasted (excuse the pun) well.

You will be pleasantly surprised what repairs you can effect with a 20B tube of superglue/cyanoacrylate... I keep my running shoes alive with monthly touch-ups (I do some serious mileage on the beach), also sandals that come apart etc... AA

There is a guy right next to the police box on the corner of Suk soi 4. (Nana). He fixed me up real nice. I grabbed a passing long haired translator to explain the details.
