Bangkok At 2am?

Featured Replies

Okay so some friends are flying in to BKK at 1am... and they want to drive around Bangkok for a few hours looking around...

So besides Patpong, Soi Cowboy ant that ilk, is there anything fun to do/see at that ungodly hour?

Thats a real shit time to arrive. Best not to drive around but find a bar and get pissed.IMHO Of course. :o They can drive around the next day when they can actually see stuff.

Just park in the car park at the Nana Hotel. It's a zoo at that hour.

hehe you guys are REALLY helpful :o

For example LA has a flower market tha gets going around 4am i think, Tokyo has the fish market, etc. etc. etc.

If the "zoo" around Nana is dying down , pls head to Siam Hotel's Coffeeshop n their parking lot on New Patchburi Road ,near Asoke Intersection.

The other attraction might be the Klong Toey market ,where from 03.00 am onwards all the fresk food (vegetable n meat ) are being unloaded n put on display .

Apart from this the flowermarket at the Chao Phraya might appeal to you .

China Town! Street Vendors are still selling food at that time. not sure whereelse you can go...

I think Bambina would be the best person to ask.

As a Thai and a Bangkok resident, she may be able to offer something a little more helpful than most.
