It' a wholesaler Pharmacy. It sell everything and they have a scheme where you get a card that gives you 5% discount. It's a big shop. :o

Fascino are good. And they do speak a little English. There is one further down that road, called Tanya Pharmacy. Tel 038-488 465. Although the shop itself is smaller, the pharmacist is very helpful, he speaks better English, and one of the assistants speaks five languages in addition to Thai. Found them most helpful.

Hope this helps.

There is also a good pharmacy in the main Mikes Shopping Mall at the rear on the left at the 2nd road end....good command of English and good range of products. :o

Try "Save Drug" upstairs in Carrefour on Pattaya Klang. Buy a 100 baht membership card and you will obtain a 13% discount on everything that you buy there. Even without the discount, the prices of the pharmaceuticals are competitive. For example, I take antihypertension tablets and from a very well-known pharmacist chain these tablets cost 170 baht for 10. At "Save Drug" these same tablets cost me 95 baht for 10 (after discount). Don't be put off by the small effeminate manager(ess)....he/she speaks reasonable English.

If all the good advice from other posters on this thread confuses you, you can always clear your nasal passages with a couple of sticks of TNT. :D

..........it's OK, I'll let myself out. :o
