Cable Internet In Bangkok

Featured Replies

Hello, we are hoping to soon open an office in bangkok and were just wondering if cable (not just adsl) Internet is available in bangkok, which company is offering it and what areas it can be had (may be even how much ot costs) :-). We are needing to rent premises for our offices and fast internet is of top priority.

Could anyone help?

have a lovely day

I cant tell you for sure, but I am fairly sure the silence means it is not widely available, perhaps not at all.

The only cable modem network operator I know of in THailand is TRUE Internet. They offer cable modem services in downtown Chiang Mai - I have used it and was very satisfied, and also in parts of Khon Kaen (Northeastern Thailand), Nakhon Rachasima (Central/Northeastern Thailand), and Songkhla (Southern Thailand).

I do not know of any other ISPs or areas offering cable modem.

Hopefully somebody else can set the record straight for you?
