Thainakarin Hospital, Bang Na

Featured Replies

Ms H is pregnant and right now using Thainakarin Hospital Nr Central Bang Na for her check-ups, close to work and home so suits me. Happy so far..........any feedback on this hospital?

Cheers.

The only other recommended Hospital in this Bang Na area would be Sikarin on SriNakarin, left side of the entrance to Soi Lassalle , where they start to build the flyover . Avoid Piyamin or the one opposite Central .

Went myself to Thai Nakarin n it's not bad .My youngest was born in Sikarin n we had nothing to complain about . You might check their fees . They all offer packages for normal or caesarean deliveries .

My first boy was born there. Did not have many staff speaking English there, to tell the future father what was going on, but my wife felt comfortable, which was the most important. As mother nature did not want a natural delivery that day, it was then a cesarian.

Our second one was born in Singapore, and the experience was about the same ... except the fee, of course.

If I had to do it again (well, my wife ...), I would have prefer a better communication with the doctor, but maybe here the father is only expected to sit and wait, until the baby arrives.

Suggest you try Samitivej Sukhumvit 49 and you'll see the difference immediately. It's well worth the extra few thousand Baht in my opinion, especially for something as important as a birth.
