Some doctors may have some. They use it for freezing warts off.

Try the dry ice shop near Tesco/Lotus Sukhumvit they might know where to get it, they buy their dry ice (Frozen carbon dioxide) in Rayong...

Not kidding, just trying to help as I have no idea what that stuff can be used for only then getting rid of warts

Query the local technical school. Should not be hard to buy or rent a small dewar of the stuff. Very common for physics or science demonstrations. I have tried searching the internet, but not finding local companies yet. try liquified gasses, "BOSC" local distributors etc.
