Try the dry ice shop near Tesco/Lotus Sukhumvit they might know where to get it, they buy their dry ice (Frozen carbon dioxide) in Rayong...

Query the local technical school. Should not be hard to buy or rent a small dewar of the stuff. Very common for physics or science demonstrations. I have tried searching the internet, but not finding local companies yet. try liquified gasses, "BOSC" local distributors etc.
