House Rental Contract - Soft Copy Example

Featured Replies

I searched previous forum threads, but couldn't find what I was searching for.

Does anyone have an example copy of a house rental contract (in English and Thai) that they can post on this forum?

I have previously used the standard rental contract form that's available from stationery shops, but I need a soft copy that I can edit using MS Office

Thanks in advance for any links to such a contract

Kenny, that's a great contract. Do you have an MS Office (Word) version? I cannot edit a pdf version

Thanks

Sorry no, anyone with a paid Adobe Reader account can convert it to word though.

If it helps, for occasional conversions I use an on line conversion service.

Zamzar (free) seems to handle quite complex documents well and can convert files up to 100MB.

Just upload the pdf and they will email you a link to download the converted file.

Can convert between many different formats including pdf to doc or docx. Available at http://www.zamzar.com/

Zamzar seems to be unable to handle conversion of Thai character font. The converted document only contains the English text in that rental contract :(

I have converted part of the contract to JPEG.

Not a perfect outcome but maybe useful as a last resort.
