Taxi Price Suvarnabhumi To Nonthaburi

I'm arriving next Monday morning at Suvarnabhumi to collect my car that has been repaired after an accident. The car is in Nonthaburi at CR Auto, I'm arriving around 08.30 at the airport (would have prefered Don Muang, but that was not possible). How much will a (meter) taxi approximately be and how long will it approximately take? That is, I am presuming a taxi is the best way to get there?

If you are arriving at 0830am then be prepared for a little traffic from people going to work, the normal fare I pay from the Airport to Ngam Wong Wan area is THB 300-350 and I do this trip once a month.

Sorry Steven but not too sure where CR are located but the fare shouldnt be anymore than THB 400 + the little add on from the taxi rank at the airport

Thanks, from your answer I presume Ngam Wong Wan area is part of Nonthaburi, so I should be ok with that info.

Ngam Wong Wan rd, west of Prachacheun rd, is the border between BKK and Nonthaburi provinces so yes. Really depends where this CR Auto place is. I used to do Chaeng Wattana rd along the expressway to he airport in 20min non peak for 350 all up tolls included.

The main problem time wise is your arrival time as it will be slow coming into town at peak. Total time could easily be 1hr+ ish. As a starter, take your taxi from departure level as it will be quicker.

If you have little baggage an alternative could be to take the Airport Line (Cityline 45 baht 28 mins) to Phayathai then BTS to Mo Chit (25 baht 10 mins) then taxi to where ever in Nonthaburi which by then should be around 100 (Central CW) -150 (Pakret) depending on exact location. If morning traffic on the Chonburi Motorway is really bad, eg. it is raining, this will actually be a quicker option.

Thanks. Will consider the alternative mentionerd as well, depending on weather. Would normally prefer the one stop (so taxi) though.
