Best Price Apartments In Bkk With A Decent Gym & Pool?

Featured Replies

Any suggestions on decent condos that have a good size gym and pool? (By this I mean not a tiny gym that isnt big enough to swing a cat in and pool that is just a square of water) is it possible in the 10k per month bracket? How bout in the up and coming areas? I hear Thong Lor area has some decent condos..

Would be interested to hear everyone's suggestions...

I would suggest that what you are looking for at 10K is a pipe dream.

You won't find a condo with your requirements in Thonglor for sub 10k a month. I use to live @ City Home, Soi 10 Ratchada, Huai Kwang. That was 7k a month with a huge well equipped gym and large pool. Can get them even cheaper now days. Look on "prakard.com" for a area that suits you then happy hunting from there.

If you can do with a Studio at that price, there are options. I accompanied a friend checking out a complex off Rama-4 next to the Tesco-Lotus; can't remember the name but it had a large outdoor pool and a decent fitness center. Studios weren't bad and were in your price range. Not the most convenient of locations but if you are willing to ride some city buses, not too bad.

Does anybody recognize the place I'm talking about..off a side soi just to the right of Lotus as you face it?
