Mirror Supplier

Featured Replies

Anybody know a mirror supplier that can cut and supply to size?

Prefer south side of Chiang Mai but will go anywhere.

We used a really good supplier for a large glass spashback in our kitchen. They do mirrors too.

They are at the crossroad where Mahidol Road crosses over the Old Lamphun Road - see the top entry on the index of my map

I use this place provided you have good instruction for them

Google map coordinate 18.758254,99.008875

Same place as I added to the map. If you speak to the boss it's not too hard to get what you need.

Thanks guys. I knew there was one around there but couldn't find it today.

I like that idea. How is the glass splashback attached to the wall? Did the glass shop install it? Tempered glass? How thick? I had a friend who did one which was attached with screws through holes in the glass but the uneven surface of the wall made it very delicate to tighten the screws without cracking the glass.

It's 2.5 x 1.15m and 6mm thick. The company came and installed it and it is glued to the wall, although there's not a lot of stress involved since it rests on the counter top and is also kept in place by an extractor hood. You can't see the glue because the glass is sprayed with colour on the back in a similar way to mirror silvering. They cut holes for the power sockets too. It's been up for about 6 months, looks nice and is easy to keep clean.
