Lactose-free Milk (or Non-sweetened/non-flavoured Soy)

Featured Replies

I'm wondering if anyone has ever found lactose-free milk in Chiang Mai. We've also looked for Soy milk that is not flavoured or sweetened. If any of you have come across this, I'd love to hear where.

Thanks.

I shop at Top's, ground floor of Central on Huay Kaew. They've got a large selection of alt-milks, including "V-soy" with no sugar.

You can get fresh soy milk without added sugar from the vendors who also sell Pa-Ton-Go in the evening. Many around town. We buy from them and keep for 3 or 4 days in the fridge.
