Are your office hours still the same, Monday to Friday 09.00 - 12.00 & 13.00 - 16.00?

The marker on google map marks alright. I marked it once we moved to No.4X

The office hour is correct but please be informed that we accept application in the morning and in the afternoon you can only pick up the passports.

No application should be submitted in the afternoon.
