Just looking for a bit of advise on setting up a new company in Phuket . Also I need to obtain 2 working visa's for British people.

hi, sorry if this is a silly question but when you say 2 million in registered capital, do you mean deposit 2 million bath in the company bank account?

is there a way to protect ourselves from thai partner accessing that 2million directly?

If you are American you don't need any Thai shareholders.

If you are married to a Thai you can half the Thai workers.

You sound like you are trying to start a business just to get 3 W/Ps.

There is no way to protect your self in any business in Thailand, just like the rest of the world.

You should go back to the drawing board and re think the whole idea from start to finish. Jim
