Hi all people know with process and step plase help and answer for i cna know next step

now i had spouse visa (stam in Australia)

1. how long for PR

2. them will call or e-mil or post to me for let me know with PR

3. if had some connect for PR what do for had PR

4. PR had life ? and need to pay agian for PR and how much?

5. after i had PR i csn go and in Australia often?

6. PR and RRV what is mean?

7.if i still not need citizen how long can hold for PR

8. PR have power or what can do and what can't do

Ok will try my best with the English and see if this answers

1) PR through the points system can take up to 18 months, however if you have a skill that is on the MODL I have known it to be done in 3 months.

2) You usually get a call from the Embassy and they do follow up if they cant get hold of you the first time.

4) PR isnt for life, you are given a date as to when you need to move to Australia, if you do not go within that timeframe you have to apply again

5) If you have PR, you can travel in and out as often as you like, however, time sp[ent out of the country will be added on to your time to be eleigble for Citizenship.

6) RRV is a residents return visa which you can apply for and be out of the country from 3 months to 5 years (Please check though) however there is quite a strict criteria on getting one (see www.immi.gov.au)

7)It now takes 3 years in country to be eligble for Citizenship, used to be 2, but they have legnthened it so as a foreigner you can spend more time in the pub getting to know real aussies and apperently you will have a smaller desire to blow them up!)

8) PR means you can live in Australia indefinatly, however cant clain benefits for a qualyfying period or vote in the elections

Jeez PR you are none to easy to understand either. BTW it is, and always has been 3 years to be eligible to apply for PR. Other conditions include having been a taxpayer over the previous 3 years as well

I believe you are here on a spouse visa already...if that is the case you should have applied for the PR when you applied for the Spouse visa...it is on the same form...It will take 2 years for the application to be decided, they will contact you by mail when this happens.

I dont understand question 3

when you have PR it is for life....you can do same as Aussie can do BUT if you are not citizen and leave the country, you will need the RRV...Resident Returning Visa to come back to Australia.

You not need to become citizen but citizen will make easy for you come and go.
