Downloading To Iphone 4S

As a new iphone user can someone plse advise if possible to download free ring tones from a non-apple site without going thru itunes. I have tried to register an ID with itunes but they will not accept details of a non-thai credit card as my mailing address is in Thailand. Any good options here, thanks

You do not need to give I-Tunes credit card details to register. I have an I-Tunes account without credit card details on my 4s

try signing up from a pc or mac, go to itunes store pick anything that is free, it will ask you to sign in or create a apple id when you create apple id and it comes to payment options there will be an option to pick nothing as payment method.
