Miracle Whip (Light)

Featured Replies

I recall the panic over Miracle Whip, so some people might be interested to know that Rimping by the river, has Miracle Whip, buy one get one free.

I'm afraid it's the 'light' kind.

Yes, they've been trying the buy 1 get 1 on the Miracle Whip Light for months now. Not sure it they could even give it away..

Is it because it's the light variety?

I only mentioned it because during the food shortage last year, it was rumoured that TV members were slitting their wrists, because there was no Miracle Whip.

Oh, good G-d, I'm going to have to go and buy some. Not because we ever use Miracle Whip (gag!) but because if Rim Ping can't sell the glop, it just reinforces the view that low-fat products don't sell here. I always buy low fat or low sodium canned soups, veggies, salsa, chicken broth, peanut butter, jam, salad dressing, whenever I see them on the selves, but I just can't bring myself to buy Miracle Whip.

Yes, I know it's my duty as an American to do so. I'll bite the bullet for the cause.

Does anyone have any worthwhile use for Miracle Whip that isn't fulfilled by a good mustard spread when making a sandwich?

Miracle Whip of any type should be sold at the, buy 1 get 11 free. Use olive or rice oil.

I'm not endorsing Miracle Whip, just passing on information which might be of use to someone.

KFC style cole slaw is my #1 use, otherwise I hear you can use it to get gum out of hair or possibly grease up the front gate in a pinch. Otherwise, mustard will do the job...

Let's bring this thread back since Miracle Whip is so popular among the posters.

Actually, the stores seemed to have no trouble selling it. But now it's gone from the shelves again.

Is there any to be found in CM? Not that I would ever dream of eating such a horrid substance, of course.
