Indian Food *Desserts*.... Where?

Any ideas for good Indian desserts. I found lots of sellers in Butterworths, but never seen anything worth a dabble in Bangkok.

Yes Paharat (Little India) for sure. There's a shop / restaurant down the small alley to the left of Indian Emporium that has a great selection of sweets.

Not sure if it's still there but there was a shop on Sukhumvit 71 with a nice selection too, on the right hand side I think if coming from Sukhumvit, perhaps halfway down or less.

I'm certainly no expert but have enjoyed the few samples I've tasted.

opposite , that is on the other side of Chakrapetch road, from the soi beside the indian emporium, there is an excellent dessert shop. from memory, you walk towards the klong, turn left. it is a proper shop, it is also an excellent vegie restaraunt. they make a very nice masala dhosa
