My Thai Girlfriend already has a 10 year Tourist Visa to the United States. We want to get married in Thailand and have a Thai Marriage. This will change her last name. Can she still use the VISA already issued to her? Will she need a new passport? We DO NOT want to get married in the US.

Just curious, my GF also just got a 10 year visa. The visa company was telling her that even tough she could come to the US and sstay for 6 mos, it would be better if wh just went for 3 months, returned to Thailand, waited 6 mos before going back again. We also want to be married soon and will need to apply for a fiance visa. Just wondering how she used her visa?

ive heard the same thing. if she tries to use it more then 2-3 times in a year, they might send her back to thailand on next flight
