Hey guys im going to be heading up to LOS here on OCT 7th. I live in North Dakota and I would like to know which consulate I should send my application in for a tourist visa? Are there any consulates giving double tourist visas? Normally I do this in loas or cambodia, but things are always getting harder so I would rather just do it here.
