September 7, 201213 yr hello i went to Chong chom this Morning for 90 days report and the Thai Officer told me i have to go to Kap Choeng so if some one have to go for make a 90 days you canot go to Chong Chom only at Kap Choeng have a good day
September 7, 201213 yr Where exactly in Chong Chom did you go? I know there is a border checkpoint there, but these have never handled 90-day reports. The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place
September 7, 201213 yr Where exactly in Chong Chom did you go? I know there is a border checkpoint there, but these have never handled 90-day reports. Funnily enough ...they certainly use to. Prior to Kap Choeng re opening and when the border market was actually very near the border, I used Chong Chom Immigration quite often. Have a mate that did his second last 90 dayer there just over 3 months ago. Actually very professional and helpful. Done in a little hut the size of a shoebox in the middle of the road.
September 7, 201213 yr All the time Kap Cheung Imm office was closed, I did my 90 day reports at Chong Chom Border hut. They even started the computerised system THERE that dispensed with the need for a TM47 to be completed. Or did I just dream that? and were they from Yorkshire in the shoebox??

Well they did have funny accents And I did exaggerate about the size of the hut. It was more likely the size of a sardine can. But seemed smaller with 3 Immigration officers in there
