Transfer Of Tat License From Sole Propietor To Limited Company?

I am sorry if I miss some details, I hope someone might have some insight.

My Thai wife is a licensed tour guide and wants to get a TAT license so she can work 'freelance'.

The current fee/security deposit is 100,000 baht for inbound tourism.

My question is if she get the license as sole propietor now and later she wanted to set up a limited company, can the license by transfered?

if not, and the price of the deposit goes up in the future would she be required to pay increase rate for a new license (which is what I guessing).

Finally, in the past is the deposit has been increased does the holders of have to meet the new requirements when renewing? Or do they remain on the old levels.
