Phuket Bike Meet - Saturday 29Th Sept

Featured Replies

Phuket Bike Meet is taking place this coming Saturday at the small park on the island at Nai Harn lake.

It costs 350 Baht to get in and for that you get a T-shirt, some food and get to roam the area.

The beer on offer is Chang Lite cans and they will be 50 Baht a can. There will also be "whiskey set-ups".

All money is going towards building three nursery schools in the Rawai area, so it's all for a good cause.

All bikes are welcome. There will be everything from Harleys to Honda Chalys and if you have something you think is interesting, then bring it along.

There will be live music and a few shops selling bike stuff.

There is a ride that starts at four in the afternoon and goes from the park to Hayaek and back again.

I've been to a few events revolving around bikes and live music in years past there, is this the same event? Who's organizing this and the proceeds are going to which yet to be built nursery schools?

Chang Lite............hmmm.

I have just let people know about it. I have no connection to this event except showing a bike.

No questions will be answered because if you read the OP then you know as much as I do.

Go, or don't go, I couldn't give a small, furry rodent's backside.

I just did a favour for someone by publicizing the event.

Four in the afternoon is the ride. Personally, I'd go around six to seven.

Excellent evening. Loads of great looking bikes and a good atmosphere.

Was wondering why all the choppers and bikies about today. I have gone to this in years past, but forget when it was,

Idiots are using wiset rd as a top speed circuit right now. A Ducati went past doing easily 200 kph
