PATTAYA:--A Russian woman drowned at a swimming pool in a Central Pattaya housing complex on Wednesday afternoon.

Just after 4pm Police and Rescue Services were called to the Niran Grand Condo in Soi Arunothai, Central Pattaya and to the swimming pool area. Fellow residents had already pulled the body of Miss Tatiana Paramonova aged 22 from the swimming pool. Khun Gooson aged 33 is the owner of a café located near the pool and told us that he saw the victim and her friend, named as Miss Katrina Diamova aged 23 drinking alchohol and swimming together since the early morning.

At the time of the drowning, Miss Paramonova was seen to dive into the Pool but did not re-surface. Eventually she was pulled from the water and attempts at CPR were made but were unsuccessful.

So someone watches as she dives into the pool then waits 'X' amount of time before deciding that she should not be lying on the bottom of the pool any longer?

Another waste of a young life sad !

Just because someone saw her diving in doesn't mean they were watching her. They could have seen her dive, turned away to do something and turned back a while later and realised something was wrong. What do you do? Watch people diving all day long just in case they don't resurface. You need to get a life and stop trying to blame others, which seem to be what you are trying to do.

Well according to the report she wasn't swimming alone. She was swimming with her friend. Maybe her friend left for a beer run or to use the toilet.
