Thaipwriter
The bike is new and has just been issued with a plate in Khon Kaen. I am moving to BKK this week, do i need to re-register it in BKK and what is the process?? Cheers!
ajahnlau
You can leave it reg. in KK or re-reg. it in BKK. Will need proof of res. letter and passport copies. Takes couple months. Know guys, falang and Thai who live all over the country and bike reg. in BKK. When yearly renewal due just give reg.book to ins. agent and they'll renew it for about 80bht plus reg. and ins. cost. Thaipwriter
Keep the KK plates and be proud. If it's legal to do so I will!
chanchao
Absolutely.. Just look around and note all the cars with license plates from other places. Nobody is going to tell them to go home.
