November 30, 201213 yr Author Yes, it is. But, the teaching appears to be very effective. My friend can communicate with me in English very well now. She reads every night in English; however, she still has difficulty expressing herself in written English. She is taking private lessons for two hours a day. The School also offers group lessons that may be cheaper. In addition one can take computer lessons in Amphoe Muang Sukhothai on the weekends for one baht an hour. I do not know the address for this.
