3 Year Non-Immigrant Visa “B” - Sample Of Letter Of Invitation From Trading Or Associated Partn

Featured Replies

Hi All

I have been going through the Forums and also through the internet to try and get a sample of "Letter of invitation from trading or associated partners/companies in Thailand" thats needed for the 3 year Non-Immigrant Visa "B" which will allow me to have Mutiple Entry into Thailand for the next 3 years.

I am working on a project here, but not working for a thai company, so I dont need a work permit, and will travel in the region, but could be that I need to stay in Thailand for more than 30 days.

The Partner we are using is happy to provice a letter of invitation, but have asked what we would like in the letter, so I was wondering if anyone here could provide me with a sample letter?

Thanking you all in advance

K.

You do not seem to qualify for this visa as you seem to be working here:

For work you do need a work permit, which you cannot get on a 3 year non-B. Not working for a Thai compnay only complicates matters, as you need to get a WP through a Thai company.

Only for business meetings etc you don't need a WP, if it is between a Thai and Foreirn business doing business between Thailand and another country.
