I am earnestly sourcing a commercial painting contractor who has the equipment and experience to paint hi-rise buildings. Our building is a 21 storey condo located in Chiang Mai. There are no qualified contractors available here so we have to look South towards Bangkok. I would really appreciate any recommendations from Bangkok owners/managers and general contractors who have recently contracted out exterior coatings work on hi-rise buildings.
