I know the ideal house - set on 2 rai, walled, large pool, furnished, near Mabprachan Reservoir (East of Sukhumvit), 5 minutes Bangkok/Rayong Highway route 7, no houses nearby, but close to nice village, 15 mins Central Pattaya. Unfortunately the guy (English) wants to sell, not rent. If by any chance you are inetersted in buying I will put you in touch.

There must be half a dozen detached houses around Mabprachan that meet this criteria with signs up for rent/and or sale at the moment. Easiest to drive round the lake and just jot down the numbers on the boards outside said houses.

true enough. I'm sure any potential buyer would have the sense to check out the area and prices before committing. I just happen to know this guy - a Brit - no agents, no b...sh. 2 Rai is a bit unusual, and not in or near an estate. End of plug. caviat emptor
