Hi, I need to rent to a condo for 3 months in Central Pattaya starting from 2 December, budget is around 15.000 THB. Any offeres appreciated, thanks.

I think the best thing is to visit all the condos you are interested in and then ask around.

We did that some 5-6 years ago when we decided to move to Pattaya from BKK.

Maybe one of TV posters have one condo for rent?

Why not live in a hotel? Cleaning, security, and all utilities covered. No contract. Other than a deposit and that your neighbors are usually inconsiderate tourist....Try D Apartment.

Might not be as easy as it usually is, in this High season, as a lot of the better places will be either booked-up or bump their prices a lot over the next couple of months - but it might be worth trying Oasis Apartments on Soi Bukhao or Nova Park on Soi AR.

Yes agreed, how much hotel can you get for app. 500 bath pr day in high season? An apartment also have a small kitchen which is handy to have.

OP, also check Center condo on South Pattaya road next to the Wat (temple) and opposite Tuk.com, very good location, you can crawl home from Walking street if needed.
