Was it not your school advertising a short time back?

This is the first job advertisement I've ever had to write for this school, but the EP section were recruiting not so long ago.

• Salary increases for every year of accrued employment (this is probably in lieu of contract renewal bonus).
  

I can confirm that as yet the school regards visas to be the employees' personal responsibility (but will of course supply any necessary supporting documents). Having said that, the school is desperate to fill the post (20 contact hours) after the sudden departure of a teacher who has had to return to the west indefinitely owing to an unexpected family event, so you may well be in a good position to negotiate perks, bonuses etc.

Now would be a good time to come and have a personal chat with the head of English. As things stand you would be interviewing the school, not the other way round.
