Looking For Monthly Rental : January - March : 20/30K With Fast Internet

Featured Replies

Hi,

This question seems to be being asked a lot again, so I will try and be specific:

Returning to Bangkok end Dec. Will be there January, and possibly Feb & March (depends on travel). Then maybe off again and back April.. Anyway - I need a flexible place that offers monthly rental: Specs:

- 20/30 k

- Monthly

- Need fast internet / wifi

- Kitchen

- Place you could work in - bright / w desk etc...

- Sub Soi ok - I have access to motorbike

- Service appts. Or condos, apts. No Flatshare.

Areas:

- Soi Samsen / banglumphu: Pra Ahtit

- National Stadium and west of that area

- Silom

- Sathron

- Sukhumvit

- LadPrao

- Ari

Any ideas or suggestions greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

P

Thanks, pomchop. I know of this place. Not a bad option.

  • 2 weeks later...

Hello,

I am searching for exactly the same kind of apartment. Since I will stay between 1 to 3 month a service apartment will be the best.

Omni Tower was on my list but it seem two companies rent out rooms there if I am not mistaken. CDS Property Management seems to have lower rates as Omni Tower Reception direct. Does it make any differences?

I have some concerns that - as told by some people - the place is a little worn out. Anyone stayed there can give info?

For a price of 26.000 to 30.000 THB a month there might be better places. Guess they can ask higher prices at Omni because of there location at lower Sukhumvit. Other areas like upper Sukhumvit might offer better quality for same prices. I don't mind to stay little "outside" as long as BTS or MRT is near by.

Are there any recommendations?

Will need apartment from 19. december on.

Thanks.

Andy
