Multi Entry Non-O (Marriage) Visa Jakarta

Featured Replies

Just an update on applications for a 1 year Multi Entry Non-O (Marriage) Visa at the Jakarta Embassy.

Received my passport from the agent this evening, no problems, application was submitted on 10th December and collected on the 12th.

Submitted the usual documents:

Passport plus photocopy of ID page
Application form plus 2x passport photos
    Marriage certificate plus photocopy signed
Photocopy of wife's ID (front + back) signed
Photocopy of the Tabian Bahn signed
Bank book with funds of more than Thb100,000
    Letter from the wife
    USD200

I don't know why the fee in Jakarta comes out at USD200, but it does, it's not the agent adding a slice because the visa says Fee USD 200 as does the receipt. But as I'm here on business and the company's expense I'm not worried. The agent fee was IDR500,000.

Thanks for your report.

The fee for a multiple non-O is 5,000 baht, in local currency. Often that is slightly more than 5,000 baht as they set the currency rate in their favour and don't like to have to change the rate every week.

Well lets say Jakarta uses an extremely favourable exchange rate! wink.png

BTW this year I had the wife sign everything because you posed the question last year, I have no idea as to whether they required the documents signed or not.
