Thai wife, US brokerage
I'm in the early stages of researching and getting this all set up. I'm aware that my Roth will likely be problematic, but fortunately (!) it's only a small portion of my portfolio. I spent the majority of my non-military work life in occupations that paid a large part of the paycheck as non-taxable per diems and allowances. Add to that I spent bigly amounts of time vacationing, such that I have enough credits to receive benefits, but not much more, so many years unable to make contributions. -

Although anything is possible and we really don't know the exact circumstances of this accident, one has to presume recklessness, and one has to presume that if she were driving more carefully, if she was more attentive or if she was more highly skilled as a driver she could have avoided plowing into this motorcycle and killing this poor woman. The fact that she dragged the motorcycle for 50 meters says something, and it likely doesn't speak of kindness and compassion. -

Short Time: Dream or Dilemma?
I seriously doubt that’s likely to impress any Thai female. They don’t really appreciate the use of the last word there. There are words you could use which are at least a little more polite. Use of that pronoun when referring to yourself isn’t overly clever either.- 1
