Search For Landfilling Company Pakchong / Saraburi

Dear forum peers,

Seemed I have started at the wrong side of the timeplan. Land has been purchased, the builder is ready to start, the plans are ready but the land itself is not ready.

I need a landfilling company who could fill-up the land which is sloped 3m down on one edge, 2m on the other. Need approx 1000 m3, only 6-wheel trucks allowed. Location is 7m south of Muaklek, between Pakchong and Saraburi, 5min from Mitraphap highway.

Company needs to carry out a proper filling, incl compressing, equalizing. Fortunately, the builder will start the foundation on the original soil, before the filling. So, the filling is no job stopper at the moment but I need to plan in advance.

Any idea which company could do this job ? Nice reward for anybody who would lead me to a successful contact.

Thanks, Pranome

When I got my land fill sorted went to the town hall planning dep: they gave me three phone no: for same. I don't now your set up but land fill compaction first then build not the other way round regardless of what the builder say's.

Hi Freedop43,

Thanks, we will give it a try at the town hall. About filling then building or the opposite, there are as many opinions as houses in Thailand. The builder is only talking about a spread foundation which he wants to put on the original soil. I don't see a risk when he is doing this and fills it up around the foundation afterwards. The house will rest on drilled piles, so the new soil is not that important I guess. Thanks, Pranome

One of the reason's I said level first is if you have ever seen the way they perform with the lorries and the digger type thing you will know what I mean, it's called dump it any ware and pray to Buddha the bloke working the spreader is not pissed on Thai whiskey, if he is your footing's could be a goner in a matter of Min: Hope you get on ok at the town hall.
