Bells Travel Buses

Featured Replies

I'm on my way back from Phuket tomorrow and tried to book the bus at 4pm from the airport to Pattaya online, can I pay at the airport direct or do I have to book beforehand? I have already sent Bells an email and no reply, in fact they have never replied to any email I have ever sent. I have a problem using my credit card overseas.smile.png

You can pay at the airport if there is room available on the bus, it being high season that might be unlikely. There is another bus that goes to Pattaya that you can book at the same desk as well that ends up in Jomtien and won't take you to your hotel like bell bus does.

Thanks mate, I'll turn up there tomorrow and see what happens. I had this problem before and they wouldn't let me on the bus. I know the one from Jomtien, that's my back up planlaugh.png

I too used to use Bell all the time. Their new website does not seem to let you reserve unless you pay, and I do NOT use my credit card overseas. I sent Bell several emails and none were answered. They never were this bad before. I arrived at BKK on Dec 26. I did not even bother with Bell. I took the other bus and it was only 134 baht. It made two quick stops just before Pattaya, then stopped at Pattaya Klang. It doesn't stop at the bus station, but that was fine with me. I don't know what is wrong with Bell, but I have seen other comments that they did not pick up somebody at their hotel that HAD a reservation so I judge them to be unreliable at the moment. Sad, because they were convenient for the service they provided. Not any more
