I think you need to preserve the English refinement of the place (I've never been, but this forum is not short of its impressions), so I would choose a name that reflects the culinary delights available plus the prime activity of the guests. Something like:

Egg sausage and smashed

Or if you want the benefit of a considerable amount of free advertisement available in nearly every soi in LOS, then call your place:

Hotel California
