Internet On Koh Tao, Fastest, Most Reliable?

Can any one tell me who is the most reliable and fastest internet provider on Koh Tao.

Internet on Tao is sporadic at best.

You have TOT or CAT both as bad as each other.Our office uses both and it really can change by the hour some days.

The real issue is getting it installed to start with due to the lack of telephone lines.

Dongle could be the way.

I ask CAT office in Koh samui and they said they don't provide CDMA any more and ask me to go to truemove.
