Thanks for that but don't go to any trouble,it,it's really that I haven't asked the right person and not being able to speak very much thai doesn't help.I know someone that has some left over from a bag bought 5 years ago purchased from a place some distance away.I will see if I can get a small amount of that to carry around and show it to anyone that I am talking to.With a bit of luck,he may still have the bag although it was split up between two people.I see both of them every day so hopefully one of them will have the bag.For some strange reason the wife is not being very helpful on this. slapout
Maybe I am behind the tmes but the color of fertilizer as a guide to its proprties is a new one on me. It would seem that a variation in color would be due to a different producer.

No sign of trouble with the wife but she can be pigheaded at times if she thinks I am going to a lot of trouble to track down something that I want but she thinks is unnecessary and costly. She should understand about fertilizers being on the land.for the 1st 40 years of her life. Since an earlier post of yours that showed the bag of 16-20-0 fertilizer,I spoke to a sister in-law who lives next door. She said hop on her motorbike then she took me 200 metres up the road and 2 minutes later we were back home with a bag of 16-20-0 and 720 baht poorer. That's how easy it was by speaking to the right person.Thankyou very much for providing me with the lead that enabled me to track it down.
